We successfully positioned an Operator for the Asset Owner, securing a high value, high strength lease with a AA equivalent - sovereign-backed tenant.

After the administration of the previous Operator, we approached the Owner inconsideration for the sale or lease of the Asset. Through our network, we secured an attractive market rate 15 Year FRI lease offer on the asset, with an embedded claw back provision, tied to Operator CAPEX throughout the lease. During negotiations, this arrangement was renegotiated into a multi-million pound hybrid fixed and rolling lease, with Operator management and the Ministry of Defence occupancy. This provided the Owner high short-term upside, with an Operator positioned to move into place following the completion of the initial lease.

The initial lease has recently been extended and continues to be a healthy arrangement for all stakeholders.
