William Smart-Junger, ACIS, IMC

Director & Founder

Mr Smart-Junger is the Managing Director of the High Wire Group and Director of Klug Nowy, a real estate platform focused on originating and structuring off-market opportunities.

He brings over 12 years of experience across real estate development, asset and estate management, hospitality, finance, and private office support. This breadth of experience provides a full-cycle understanding of assets—from land and acquisition through to operational management, tenant alignment, and exit—allowing him to take a practical, execution-led approach to transactions.

Mr Smart-Junger is a Certified Investment Manager (IMC) and a member of the CFA Society UK. He also holds certifications in Construction Project Management (RICS), Negotiation (Yale University), and Financing and Investing in Infrastructure (Bocconi University), and is currently undertaking the Principles of Financial Leadership specialisation with the University of Cambridge.
